Ltd. formerly known as Zhejiang Huaxing Down General Factory was originally founded in 1989 and formally established as the company in 1999 through share reforming. With a registered capital of 120 million yuan Huaxing Down is mainly engaged in the design development producing and sales of medium and premium home textile products also the producing and sales of high-quality raw down and feathers. The main products include down products quilting products raw down and feathers and clothing. The company has laid out a number of production bases in Hangzhou Anhui and Vietnam.
